    ADVERTISING & SPONSORSHIPS

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor of Oh Lovely Day please email me at advertise{at}ohlovelyday{dot}com to learn about advertising opportunities and receive my media kit.  Please include “Sponsorship Inquiry” in the email subject line and a link to your website and some examples of your work so I can be sure you would be a fit for Oh Lovely Day.  I currently offer sponsored posts, sponsored giveaways, sidebar ads in a variety of prices and sizes, and social media promotions.  I do NOT offer free promotional posts of any kind.

How do I become a Lovely Vendor Guide member?

Want to be seen (and hired) by my lovely bride readers?  Become a member of my Lovely Vendor Guide.  Apply here.  If you’re a fit, one low annual fee gets you one year’s listing.  Each month there is a post to welcome each of our new vendor guide members.  The fee is for a listing only, and while Oh Lovely Day does try to give love to our vendors through pins, tweets and mentions on Facebook, and in features, this is not guaranteed and submissions are not guaranteed to be featured if I don’t feel they are a match for Oh Lovely Day.  The listing does not buy you features, but any features of your work will list you as a vendor guide member and link to your listing.  We’re very proud of our carefully curated collection of wedding vendors and artists, so if we don’t feel your work is a fit for Oh Lovely Day, or if we already have artists or vendors in your category or geographical location, we will not ask you to become a member.

How do I get included in your gift guides, DIY posts, home decor posts, or mom and baby posts?
My gift guides, home styling and decorating posts, and DIY posts are my own personal picks, favorites, and creations. However, some etsy shops and companies send me items that, if I do love, I might include because I love it. Or I might be sent DIY supplies that I end up using in a project. But anything that has been sponsored or paid-for will clearly be marked as such. Most of these posts are editorial in nature. If you would like me to consider your product for a gift guide or a DIY or home styling post, you can email me for an address where to send your product. But be advised I do not return items and I do not guarantee inclusion. And I only do promotional posts for my sponsors and vendor guide members.

How do I get my coupons on your Steals & Deals page on Facebook?

I offer access to my Steals & Deals page on Facebook to my fans only.  If you have a promotion or coupon you’d like me to include, please email me a graphic of your ad with the deal, or a line with the details of the discount (code, what it works for, and expiration date if applicable) to submissions{at}ohlovelyday{dot}com with “steals & deals” in the subject line and it could be included if I feel it fits my blog and readers.  At this time, inclusion on my steals and deals page is only for my sponsors and vendor guide members, but I do reserve the right to pick and choose what I include.

    • When your shades and your shirt are meant to be #charlesdashiell On weekends, we nurse, cuddle, and nap together and it is my favorite. With the other boys I was always trying to get stuff done while they were napping. Since this is my last baby, I'm trying to really soak up all the moments I can -- one day I'll have plenty of time to get stuff done. For now I'll just be a hot mess that made the most of this baby time. Whenever I get a bit anxious about not getting things done, I re-read my favorite poem about motherhood: Mother, oh mother, come shake out your cloth! Empty the dustpan, poison the moth, Hang out the washing and butter the bread, Sew on a button and make up a bed. Where is the mother whose house is so shocking? She's up in the nursery, blissfully rocking! Oh, I've grown as shiftless as Little Boy Blue (Lullaby, rockaby, lullaby, loo). Dishes are waiting and bills are past due (Pat-a-cake, darling, and peek, peekaboo). The shopping's not done and there's nothing for stew And out in the yard there's a hullabaloo But I'm playing Kanga and this is my Roo. Look! Aren't her eyes the most wonderful hue? (Lullaby, rockaby, lullaby loo.) Oh, cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow, But children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow. So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust, go to sleep. I'm rocking my baby. Babies don't keep. Song for a Fifth Child By Ruth Hulburt Hamilton #battlefieldmotherhood #mommaandquincyselfies
