I haven’t spent much time in New England, but every time I feature a New England wedding I’m ready to book a flight. There’s just something about the coast mixed with the stunning old architecture. And today’s modern classic wedding in New England has both, plus a fresh and modern color and pattern palette and some sweet details.

Favorite moment of the day? The moment we both revel in was at the church. We were sitting toward the side of the altar listening to the readings. We were able to take a deep breath, hold hands, and look out at all our family and friends that had come there for us.

Advice for couples planning now? At some point you have to stop planning. Stop looking for ideas on Pinterest, Etsy, and all those wedding blogs. Take your ideas and details and polish them.

We wanted a timeless, classic, yet modern wedding. Our ceremony and reception locations were beautiful, with amazing architecture. The colors were gray (with touches of mercury glass & gray chevrons), pinks, peach, and coral. We wanted to incorporate touches from Paris and our other travels. (The bride even saved a Parisian newspaper from the day they got engaged in Paris and incorporated it into their ring shots.)

    What made your wedding YOU?

It included details of our engagement and travels, included our faith, family, and friends! It also included some handmade personal details:  Handwritten signage for all of our details was done by my sister, Aimee. We gave the photographer, videographer, florist, and DJ “survival” gift bags with waters, coffees, and snacks. Guests who stayed at the hotel received gift bags with custom tags containing: a welcome note, directions to the ceremony and reception, local map, playing cards, trail mix, local potato chips, bottled water, truffles, and a split of champagne. We created our church programs.

I love that idea of giving your vendors who will be there with you ALL day a little survival kit. Also, don’t forget to feed them! You need to include them in your head count for a meal. SO important, since those people are there working for you all day.

Such a lovely wedding isn’t it? Congrats to Jenny & Geoff.

Definitely consider that that you said. Your favorite reason appeared to
be on the net the easiest thing to take into account of.
I say to you, I certainly get annoyed even as folks consider worries that they plainly don’t realize about.
You controlled to hit the nail upon the top as well as defined out the entire thing with
no need side-effects , other folks could take
a signal. Will likely be back to get more.
      Thank you

    • These three are why I'm now a morning person. Starting each day with smiles and kisses from these boys is what fuels me for the day. And coffee. Lots and lots of coffee #thefredrickboys Had the best time with my biggest boy at the @nhmla today. He's been there so many times since we have a membership that he has an order he likes to follow. But I surprised him by taking him on Dinofest weekend and he loved it so much he didn't even mind that it was too crowded to see the butterflies today or that we couldn't see everything. Sometimes it is so good for the both of us to have some time together, away from the babies. Like the old days. #charlesdashiell #mommacharliedateday #oldsfaveplacesinla
I know someday you won't want to hold my hand anymore, but I sure do hope that day is still very far away. Like 10-15 years maybe? #battlefieldmotherhood First pumpkin rolls of the season I tried to make them in the shape of hearts like my mom does but Charlie said they look like pumpkins without stems and all I can see are boobs #autumnhappylist
